Last Chance
Summer Camp

Last Chance Summer Camp was clown showcase featuring the up and coming clowns in the Chicago community. Set in the waning days of summer the Clown Scouts are seeking to earn their final merit badges before camp ends. The badges are not just for the clowns though because the audience could earn them throughout the show as well. Badges for being late, checking your phone, sneezing, or participating in the pieces were all given out. The Scouts themselves fished for compliments using gummy worms to bribe the audience, ate people as a giant slug, got lost in a cave with a cannibal, and became a monstrous tent/human hybrid.

This show was created to give new clowns in Chicago the chance to put together their own material and practice doing an entire full length show.

The show was performed for a month in Fall 2025. A one-night only 'Singles Retreat' edition was performed Febuary 2026. A new show inspired by this one is currently in development.
